Lions and Tigers and . . .Well, No Bears

We started Halloween with a trip to Daddy's office to show off the cuteness and GIVE treats instead of taking them.Creed, West and Scott
Scott is the name West gave the skeleton. I think it helped him not be scared of it if his name was Scott. Every time we left the house, Creed waved and said "Bye,Bye Scott" In fact, Scott has been gone now for close to a month and Creed still says "Bye, Bye, Scott"Creed thoroughly enjoyed carving the pumpkin. And tasting the pumpkin
And being disgusted by the taste of the pumpkin

My first born, "don't want to get my hands dirty" son preferred to stay clear of the seeds and guts and would only touch the top

Always fun to dig through the loot. For West, for Creed and for Mommy and Daddy. Fortunately for me, my sons have not been introduced fully to the goodness of a Twix.

Creed was a lion this year. And a good roar was heard often in our neighborhood. West was Tigger. This is probably the last year I'll get West in a cute costume. He was definitely eyeing the superheroes walking around.

I have a feeling we'll be doing a princess costume next year. Sigh. I do like these short years when I get to make all the decisions!

Cute costumes. It is sad as a mother to know that our children will outgrow the cute costumes for the superhero or scary monster costumes. West and Creed looked very cute!!

I think the lion...tiger...___ thing is proof that there is one more child out there for you. I'm not prophesying or anything but you just never know... Good things come in threes: stooges, the Godhead, amigos, etc. Think about it: with one you have aloneness, with two fellowship, but three - ahhh community. Better enjoy this adoption free Christmas.

Now then, STAND STILL, and see this great thing the Lord is about to do before your very eyes! 1 Samuel 12:16
