Humbled by the Decisions

We are continuing to research countries and seeking God's will where Baby #3 is. As things get complicated, and paths are narrowed, I am humbled by the heaviness of the decision we are making and the great need to hear God's voice directing us.

I mean, we are looking around the globe for a child. Really?! It is humbling that we are even allowed to do such a thing. And then there is the factor of gender, age, etc. Who am I to have preferences in this?

There is a mix of excitement, confusion, anxiousness and handfuls of "what are we doing??"
I do enjoy being in this place :)

I cannot wait to hear more about your decision. We too thought about starting a new adoption this year, but we've put that on hold for now. So excited that you are talking about child #3!!

Wow! I know exactly what you are saying there. What a precious gift to be in the position to be able to serve God in that way. He is so faithful. I pray you have a true sense of peace and being directed by God's own hand in all this. I'm so blessed in your decision already!

Now then, STAND STILL, and see this great thing the Lord is about to do before your very eyes! 1 Samuel 12:16
